AD122-96 MKII repair policy

With the introduction of our new AD122-96 MKIII analog to digital converter, all AD122-96 MkII converters sent in for repair will be upgraded to the AD122-96 MkIII.

A separate RMA number will be given for each product being returned. Please be prepared to provide the product name and serial number when calling to request a RMA number.
